One of the things I find most exciting about AI is how much it allows us to explore, experiment, and solve problems in ways that weren't possible before.

But I believe the real opportunity goes beyond speed and automation. It's about what we do with that extra capacity.

Can we spend more time being creative? Challenging assumptions? Exploring different perspectives? Making better decisions?

In Program Management and Production, I've learned that moving faster doesn't always mean moving in the right direction.

We can have well-organized backlogs, detailed roadmaps, clear milestones, and successfully completed sprints. But if we're not questioning priorities, validating assumptions, or listening to the people doing the work, we might be delivering efficiently without creating meaningful value.

And this is where teamwork becomes even more important.

AI can help us analyze information, identify risks, explore alternatives, and reduce repetitive work. But collaboration, constructive discussions, and different perspectives are what help us turn those insights into better decisions.

Great teams don't just accept answers. They challenge ideas, review results, share knowledge, and learn from each other.

As Program Managers and Producers, part of our responsibility is to create the space for those conversations while keeping teams aligned, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and ensuring that good ideas don't get lost between planning and execution.

And when that collaboration is built on trust, transparency, respect, and accountability, company values become something we practice every day, not just words on a wall.

The goal shouldn't be to think less because AI can do more. It should be to think better, together, and create experiences that truly matter to the people we serve.

How are your teams balancing AI adoption with creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration?
